Burnaby Masonry Co. is a Burnaby-based masonry contractor working across Metro Vancouver. We do the full range of brick, block, and stone work, from repointing old mortar and rebuilding leaning chimneys to installing stone veneer, building retaining walls, and laying paver patios.
Masonry around here is its own thing. Our wet winters and freeze-thaw cycles are hard on brick and mortar, and a lot of the housing stock, especially in places like New Westminster and East Vancouver, is old enough to need careful, heritage-sensitive repair rather than modern shortcuts. We build for that. The hidden parts of the job, the drainage behind a wall, the base under a patio, the right mortar for the age of the brick, are exactly what we get right.
